• You may return items purchased on Wearmyhat within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at sales@wearmyhat.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Clearly state your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Free Returns:

• Wearmyhat offers free returns on all eligible items within the United Kingdom.
• We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Wearmyhat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

• Currently, Wearmyhat does not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
